Service Description

Holdsworth is a trusted, not-for-profit organisation providing personalised support and connection for people living in the Woollahra, Waverley, Bayside, Randwick and Inner West LGA communities. We support families with young children, older people, individuals living with dementia, and those experiencing social isolation - along with their carers. Our programs are designed to help people stay independent, connected, and active in their community. Services include supported playgroups, community transport, food and shopping assistance, social and wellbeing activities, and tailored home-based support that helps people continue living independently at home.
