Reduces the need to physically visit a GP, or Ear Nose and Throat specialist for initial hearing advice. It allows easy and direct access to a hearing specialist from the person's home, without charge. The service is dedicated to putting people directly in touch with a fully qualified hearing specialist either by phone or live web chat.
